3.7.2022 March First Friday Recommendations

Let’s start with a deep breath. If you’re anything like me or anyone else I’ve talked to in recent days, this is a rough time. Let’s pause for this minute to just breathe and sit with all that is going on in life.

Sometimes I find myself over-filling my time in an effort to run from all the uncomfortable truths we can be overwhelmed by, but it’s important to sit with them and show care to ourselves by acknowledging that things hurt sometimes. And things hurt because they are important. And important things aren’t meant to be ignored.

This month’s First Friday Recommendations  are in celebration of Women’s History Month.
